CEO and founder of AELIS, Philippe brings us over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. Celebrating nearly a 100 aircrafts transactions he continues to share his passion for this very specific and demanding business. Holder of a physicist degree and an MBA, he has built through his extensive career across the globe a strong and valuable network. Aviation being his passion he is restless when it comes to sharing it with our clients.
Jean-Philippe LOUIS
Managing Director and Partner, Jean-Philippe and his managerial experience in major technological consulting firms across Europe have allowed AELIS Group to optimize its organizational structure and bring it on the path of continued success. Former executive of an international leader in innovation consulting, he holds an engineer degree in physics and an MBA. Passionate for the aviation field since years, he brings you the talent of organizing your deal.
Leszek SIELUK
As Managing Director of the AELIS POLSKA Co. Ltd., Leszek represents more than 20 years experience in the airline industry. He graduated from the Department of Finance and Statistics at the Warsaw School of Economics and passed also postgraduate studies of Management in Air Industry at the National Defence University in Warsaw. Leszek started to work in PLL LOT SA, then was Vice President of financial PETROLOT Sp. z o. o., and VPF and President of the regional airline EuroLOT S.A. Troughout his career, he was responsible for finance, leasing of aircraft, airport equipment and air regional communication. Leszek has extensive business contacts all over the world, and he is the right man to help our clients to find their way in the aviation world. His professional motto is to build the future today. He is absolutely passionate about what he does! We share love for flying!
