AELIS Group and VALLAIR team-up to offer ATR Freighter aircraft

VALLAIR and AELIS Group team up to offer ATR Cargo converted Aircraft to Operators. This market proposition releases the operator from all cost and uncertainty incurred by cargo conversion, adaptation to its area of operations, and necessary maintenance due to cargo modification. The Aircraft can be supplied for sale or for lease, with or without financing.

VALLAIR, is a European based Disassembly, Cargo Conversion, MRO and Aircraft Leasing Company. AELIS Group is the leader in second hand ATR 42/72 aircraft trading. Both parties decided to join forces with their long-term unmatched field expertise, namely:

  • to identify and purchase the most suitable ATR aircraft,
  • to contract the fastest and most reliable MRO for cargo conversion,
  • to offer to the market fully converted cargo aircraft and support new owners or operators all the way, right up to delivery.

“Our company had been searching for the right ATR second hand market expert for a long time. We are happy to finally be building an association with the regional aircraft trading leader AELIS Group, as we have leveraged funds dedicated to ATR aircraft cargo modification and we truly believe in its great potential of placement,” said Gregoire Lebigot, VALLAIR CEO.

"Together with VALLAIR, we can supply the ATR cargo operators with Aircraft fully ready for operations. Along with our network of financiers, we are ready to offer the Aircraft for lease or sale. This aircraft module offers up an 8.5t payload in a 75 m3 volume, with the cheapest DOC and highest dispatch in the turboprop category. The market perspective for ATR cargo is bright and it has never been easier to acquire such an aircraft,” added Philippe Lienard, CEO of AELIS Group.
